How are refunds handled?

The MOJO Support team makes every effort to avoid refunds but at times a refund may be necessary and can be applied at our discretion. 

Please keep in mind customers can also dispute payments with PayPal. Unfortunately using third party payment gateways like PayPal, we have very little control with what we can do as a seller to dispute the buyer’s stance with the vendor. This is in our terms and conditions.
