How to contact the seller for support.

One of the great benefits of buying a theme from MOJO is the support offered by our awesome sellers.  Follow these steps to get  support for your specific item. 

(We will use the Honey theme by Kwayy Infotechfor this example)

1. Log into your Mojo account.

2. Go to the actual item page.

3. Click on the link under the item picture Support Forum.


 4. You will now see "Add New Comment". Fill out this form and then hit submit.  

*Please allow the seller 24 hours to respond as some sellers are international and not on US time.


Way to go you have now submitted your question for the seller.
