#2C4O2I8N7T2I4L3T or #2W4I2L8L7 Error

These error codes, #2C4O2I8N7T2I4L3T or #2W4I2L8L7, indicate that you may be having what is called an .htaccess conflict. Not to worry though, this is actually really easy to fix and you have a few different options to get that done.

If your host is Bluehost, JustHost, HostMonster or Host Gator: Go to your host cPanel > Files > File Manager and check the box that says show hidden files. Then choose to go to Web Root (the public_html folder) and rename the .htaccess file to .htaccess.bak and try installing again. If you have trouble finding this file, contact your host for assistance.

If you continue to have problems, go to your host cPanel > Files > File Manager and then choose to go to Web Root (the public_html folder) and rename the php.ini to php.ini.bak and try installing again. If that doesn't work, rename the public_html to public_html.bak and create a new public_html folder and try installing again. The last one is only for testing purposes, and you can rename the public_html.bak folder back to public_html so your sites will be back up.

If you’re unable to follow those steps or having trouble getting through them you’ll want to contact your host directly and they’ll be able to walk you through it. Just explain to them that you what you are trying to install with the MOJO installer and there’s most likely a conflict with your .htaccess and they can help.
