What are all of these files?

Creating amazing work online can be daunting. MOJO Marketplace is here to make the process as seamless as possible.

Now, you just bought a theme, and you are not sure what all of files you are seeing do or what they mean.

First, let's start by showing you how to get to your files if you haven't already found them. If you have, skip down to File Types.

After logging into your MOJO Marketplace account, hoover over your username on the top right.

Select "My Purchases" from the drop down menu. This will bring you here:

My Purchases

Scroll down this page until you see your items purchased.

Next to your item you will see the Download dropdown button.

Select from this menu what you need to download.

File Types

  • Demo Data
  • Help File
  • Theme Files
  • PSDs
  • License

Demo Data:  This is an XML dummy data file. No, this isn't the author of the theme calling us dummies. This is the demo data provided by the seller to make your theme look as close to the demo as possible. You can import this file via WordPress admin dashboard or with and SQL Dump.

Help File: Each author is required to provide step-by-step instructions to set your theme up like the demo.

Theme Files: This is the file you want to upload to your site. This (for WordPress) will include index.php, style.css, header.php, footer.php etc. This should be compressed and uploaded to WordPress

PSDsPSD, which stands for Photoshop Document, is the default format that Photoshop uses for saving data. PSD is a proprietary file that allows the user to work with the images' individual layers even after the file has been saved.

License: This is proof that you purchased your item. You can use this item on one domain unless you have purchased a 5-Domain, or developers license.
